About Me
Hi, I’m Brecario Ogden.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A) who believes that healing begins in spaces where people feel understood, respected, and supported. Many of the individuals I work with are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, or the pressure of carrying responsibilities without feeling like they have room to slow down.
My approach to counseling is grounded, collaborative, and compassionate. I work alongside clients to explore challenges, build coping skills, and gain clarity around their goals in a way that feels practical and authentic to who they are. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to grow, reflect, and move forward with intention.
I am especially passionate about supporting adults and adolescents who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. Whether you’re managing stress, working through emotional concerns, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to provide a supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered.
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
